This summer Crossfit Rowlett will be having a strength and conditioning program that is tailored to the student athlete. This program will be 3 days a week and will be focused around development of speed, skills, and strength. These will aid in the overall development of the athlete in their specific sport. This program is for anyone looking to enhance their athletic potential and gain a competitive advantage in their sport. Strength and conditioning is a key factor in the development of an athlete. Learn how to transfer strength, speed, and power to the field and move and play like an athlete. In addition to strength and conditioning participants will learn how to fuel themselves properly for full athletic potential with nutritional information. Learn how to become a better athlete and develop your skills.
