I'm in my third week of Crossfit Rowlett and I absolutely LOVE IT!! I had wanted to try it for a year and was too intimidated to give it a shot. I mean, we have all read and heard all those horror Crossfit stories right?? Well I finally called my friend Gina and told her I wanted to try it. I am so glad I walked in that day. Everyone is so friendly, they immediately made me feel welcome! Mark and Andrew are amazing and take the time to make sure you do everything correctly. They truly are like a family and I am so happy to be a part of this amazing group!! I am so glad that I didn't listen to all those "stories" about Crossfit.
