We're excited to kick off our Bring a Friend Week. We do this once a year to encourage our community to bring their friends to see what CrossFit Rowlett is all about. Don’t have a friend at CrossFit Rowlett? Join us this week and make a few! Our community is the most welcoming group around.
Recovery is a critical part of our training that is often times overlooked. Time to unlock mobility, strengthen & sculpt your hardworking muscles. Our goal with the Recovery Trigger Point Class is to take a full 45 minutes to work out knots and lengthen our muscles while learning tools and tricks to continue to do this throughout the week before or after a class workout.
We're having a Happy Hour Send off to celebrate him making it to the next stage of the CrossFit Games on 5/15 at 7:15pm at Bankhead Brewing. Zak was one of the top 20 athletes in our region of over 13,000. Regionals this year will be held in Salt Lake City from May 17 - 20.
Join us January 25th for Happy Hour on the Patio at Bankhead Brewing at 7pm. We love gathering as a community and can't wait to see everyone there.
If you are participating in our 6 Week Nutrition Challenge, don't worry! Andrew will be sharing how to log your food when you're out to eat as well as how to enjoy your meal while making better choices.
Saturday Sept 23 we will be participating in the Lift Up Autism event. This"competition for a cause" was created to support early diagnosis and treatment of Autism, raise funds for the Autism Tree Project Foundation in San Diego, and most importantly, turn a global spotlight on the measured and severe impact of Autism on families and individuals around the world.

STRENGTH IN COMMUNITY
This year we will be hosting our 4th annual in house team competition! Like last year we will have teams consisted of gym members go head to head with each other to find out who is the fittest team! This will be a one day event on Saturday Sept 9! There will be two workouts with one championship workout! We will be hanging out and grilling after, so be sure to bring the whole family.
Sign-up sheets are in the office! We encourage everyone to sign up, we will have ALL Fitness Levels covered and we will make sure everyone has a team to participate!
