PUSH Nutrition has developed an 8 Week Nutrition Program that helps you develop good nutritional habits, while helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. The program breaks down what you need to know to see long term success each week. Along with the education of nutrition we are holding you accountable every step of the way. This programs focus is on education: how to eat, what to eat, and how much to eat. This program will set you up for a lifetime of sustainable nutrition.

269.8. It may seem like a big number to you but it’s progress to me. No excuses. I’ve struggled with my weight over the years after my years as an athlete were done even going over 300 pounds at times. I allowed myself to sit down and not care about me. The couch became an easy home and it was my decision for numerous years to allow it to be that way.
That changed 4 weeks ago after I got tired of being tired and without energy to do anything. I reached a point where I was finally mentally ready and at 296.4 lbs I walked into a meeting with Andrew Coleman, Christian and the some of the great folks from CrossFit Rowlett and I talked to them openly and honestly about my weight and lifestyle and my desire to get back into shape again.
There was no judgement only support and the promise of hard work and mentorship ahead. I joined the 5:30am class and most of you understand how hard that was for me. Not anymore. I go to bed excited to wake up and go. The classes are great and the people are so friendly and supportive no matter what level you are. It has been life changing.
Now only four weeks later I am seeing results. I stepped on the scale this morning and saw 269.8. You may think I’m still huge and maybe I am but I feel and see progress. I have lost 26.6 lbs the right way. With the aid of CrossFit Rowlett and its supportive members, Andrew Coleman and Push Nutrition I am making strides towards a goal weight of 230.
The hard part lies ahead (the last half) but I cannot say enough great things about my experience with CrossFit Rowlett and PUSH Nutrition. I feel better, eat better, look better and sleep better. What a blessing this experience has been for me. Can’t wait to see what the coming months bring.

MEET THE COACH - Andrew Coleman
My name is Andrew Coleman and I have been working and learning in the fitness and Nutrition industry for over 8 years now. I grew up an athlete and always wanted to know more on what could help my athletic performance. I started to grow a passion for Nutrition and the role it plays in overall health and performance. I quickly realized that the information being shared was not always the truth and more so to sell a product or a quick fix. With my passion for nutrition and helping others I wanted to build a system to give people the knowledge and help to those that are seeking it. PUSH for me is a system of learning, and gaining knowledge that will help someone not just in a short amount of time but for a lifetime.
